Small Industries Service Institute collaborated with Jute Manufactures Development Council (JMDC) to organize a management development programme that promotes opportunities for jute goods manufacturing and designing as a reliable self-employment option in the country.
Arun Bal, Secretary, JMDC, claimed that jute utility items, lifestyle products, construction material and so on are becoming popular all over the world.
He said the Centre had introduced several programmes to assist people to set up jute manufacturing units.
Businessmen, professionals and farmers will attend this weeklong workshop.
