CITI and IMAG expect to benefit from the events of each other by holding the two events concurrently, in cooperation with each other.
According to Shri Shekhar Agarwal, holding Atexcon alongwith TEXMAC India 2007 is also expected to further strengthen the tie-up between textile and machinery industries of India that CITI has been trying to promote.
The Confederation is continuing its efforts to further broad base itself, by including associations representing the segments of the textile and clothing sector which are not yet represented in CITI.
