Uster Technologies AG the company which is active in textile electronics opened up their new company Uster Teknoloji Tikaret A.S., Istanbul, in October 2005 and is now fully operational for both sales and service.
Uster Technologies AG has been fully committed to improve the overall service and the satisfaction of their customers and this move to a wholly owned Uster company takes a giant step toward further advancing that goal.
The new opening reflects the importance of the Turkish textile market to everyone at Uster Technologies, explained Peter Egli, V.P. Sales & Service West, Uster Technologies AG. It is an exciting time for us to build up a more professional organization together with our extremely competent local staff.
The new subsidiary in Istanbul allows USTER a closer contact to the local customer as well as the availability of various improved service offerings. The presence of trained personnel not only for sales purposes but also to fulfill service requirements will shorten the response time and finally lead to better customer satisfaction and ultimately help USTER work toward further improving the yarn and fabric quality of the textile industry.
Direct and fast opportunities for feedback from customers will enable Uster Technologies AG to even further improve its products and services.
Uster Technologies AG also contributes to the Turkish textile market with its innovative products in the field of Quality Management. As an example symposiums will be held from March 7 to 9, 2006 in three different locations as well as application seminars throughout the year. At the ITM 2006 (International Exhibition of Textile Machinery) in Istanbul, Uster Technologies AG will show a strong presence also underlining the importance of the Turkish textile market.
