Krishna Knitwear adds Aagam Designs in portfolio to grow further

Krishna Knitwear Technology Ltd has taken over Aagam Design and Embroidery knitwear-manufacturing unit in Tirupur, and in the process doubled its production capacity from two million pieces to four million pieces per year.
Its Tirupur plant will add extra 40000 square feet of area and 200 advanced machines at a total investment of about Rs2-2.5 crore.
The plant is expected to be operational within six months and offer around 400-800 new jobs. . Focus of the company will be on high-end products, as Aagam Designs used to supply high-valued garments to leading international brands like Wal-Mart, Reebok and Mothercare.
