The new Brampton store has hired more than 67 new team members in both full and part-time positions.

In Giant Tiger tradition, the community is invited to have a roaring good time at the Grand Opening on Saturday. Customers will enjoy free coffee, clowns, a climbing tower, face painting, tattoos, balloons and treats, plus they will be able to meet the Giant Tiger mascot himself. As well, Giant Tiger is holding a charity barbecue for the Bramalea-Brampton Kinsmen Club where everyone will get a hot dog and a drink for a loonie. All proceeds will be donated to this worthwhile local cause.
The Brampton Giant Tiger is the second of two store locations to be opened in the GTA this spring. On Saturday, March 18th, a 26,000-square-foot store was opened at 3200 Erin Mills Parkway, Mississauga, in the former Food Basics location, and was very well received by the community.
