Punjab Government will receive Rs 50 crore loan from the Khadi Village Industry Commission (KVIC) for 1,500 projects, which will provide employment to 25,000 youths in rural area.
KVIC Director, Karnail Singh Dhaliwal informed that Rs 15 crore would be as subsidy.
Through this loan, an individual will gain some knowledge of handicraft and be able to earn a livelihood.
