Kolkata's Asian Leather Limited (ALL) has been selected by Wal-Mart, world's largest retailer for the award of 'International supplier of the year 2005' for leather products category by supplying best quality products, on-time deliveries and offering day-to-day support to Wal-Mart.
The award presented to Nari Kalwani, Managing Director, Asian Leather Limited (ALL), considering ALL as its global supplier at and event held in Shenzhen, China.
Meanwhile, Andrew Tsuie, Senior Vice-President and Managing Director, Wal-Mart, conveyed his acknowledement thanking ALL for supplying high quality leather, on-time delivery and day to day supports.
He also informed, “ALL efforts and dedication this past year have provided the opportunity to serve more than 100 million customers per week with a wide variety of high quality merchandise at a great Every Day Low Price (EDLP)."
Kenny Chen, Director of Administration, Global Procurement, of Wal-Mart monitored the meeting between ALL and Wal-Mart senior officials.
