As a result of the transaction, the Picanol Group is now holding 27.52% of the share capital of Tessenderlo Chemie NV or the equivalent of 8,744,069 shares.
Following the closing of this transaction, SNPE SA does no longer own any share in Tessenderlo Chemie NV.
