Cotton prices are stable at Rs2425 in Pakistan, revealed sources of Karachi Cotton Association today.
Today, transactions of around 5400 cotton bales were recorded in markets at various stations.
Khanpur registered transactions of 2000 bales between Rs2475 and Rs2500, Rahim Yar Khan witnessed 1200 bales changing hands at Rs2450, Upper Sindh registered sales of 1155 bales at Rs2475 and Haroonabad registered transactions of 1100 bales at Rs2335 per maund.
On April 12, 2006 Cotlook Indices recorded A Index at 57.45 and B Index at 55.35.
