People and Excellence: The Heart of Successful Commercialization covers a comprehensive package of 11 recommendations to provide a strong starting point for Canada to achieve its full potential.
At the core of these recommendations is the development of a business-led Commercialization Partnership Board (CPB). The CPB would create a new role for the private sector as a full partner in charting the course for, and developing policy related to, commercialization.
