The appointed date of merger is 1st April 2005. The exchange ratio has been determined on the basis of a joint valuation report by valuation Advisors, M/s Price Waterhouse Coopers Pvt Ltd and SBI Capital Markets Ltd.
The proposed merger is subject to necessary approvals from shareholders, creditors and other regulatory authorities and sanctions of the courts, as may be necessary.
