Manmade fiber machines maker Saurer Management AG says that today, Friday 28th, was the last day for registration of shares in the Saurer share register.
Saurer was able to register all the shares of the hedge fund Laxey Partners in the share register with voting rights.
This was made possible after Laxey Partners finally provided the information required to ensure transparency.
Saurer would like to emphasize that all shareholders have been and continue to be treated equally and in accordance with the law, the articles of association and the internal regulations.
Thus the other two investors who had disclosed a holding of above 5% in Saurer could be registered with full voting rights – both BZ Bank AG together with BZ Fund Management AG and also the Silver Point funds.
