Shirting fabric firm Morarjee Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of the Directors (Postal Ballots -ESOS) of the Company at its meeting held on April 27, 2006, has resolved to conduct the Postal Ballot exercise for passing the resolution for Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
Today, Morarjee is the preferred choice of premium shirt brands in Europe, the United States and Japan.
Morarjee Textiles is the only Indian company to offer shirting fabric in small quantities off-the-shelf in the New First Line collection.
