Sonia Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2006 has approved a proposal to acquire the land between 4-6 acres in Tripur (Tamilnadu) with an investment of Rs 100 million for the future expansion of the activities of the Company.
