Provisions of the Listing Agreement entered into by the Company, it is hereby informed that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at New Delhi to consider, inter-alia, the following:
• Audited Financial Results for the Accounting year and Quarter ended March 31, 2006;
• Recommendation of dividend, if any;
• Issue of FCCBs and/or other securities including ADRs/GDRs subject to approval of shareholders.
