PHMA asks CBR for detail audit of unscrupulous claimants

Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturers Association has urged the Central Board of Revenue to carry out proper audit of unscrupulous claimants of refund, informed sources.
In a recent meeting of advisory committee of Ministry of Commerce, PHMA head requested CBR Chairman to bank upon computerized profiles of claimants for refund payments on the basis of their average purchase.
Through computerized profiles, it would be easier for CBR to judge the pattern of their purchases of each claimant.
PHMA Chief told CBR that all exporters who have claimed against their average purchases should be allowed to get refund on their stocks without any delay.
