Coke's India Customer Service Director set to join Reliance Retail venture

Coca-Cola India's Customer Services Director, Devendra Chawla has been shortlisted by Reliance's Retail venture, coming up shortly.
He will be appointed there as senior official of operation team.
Promoters of Reliance Retail promise to offer best customer services, value added shopping experience and smooth supply chain.
They have also assured farmers and manufacturers better returns in terms of quality and quantity.
Devendra Chawla said, ”The booming retail sector holds tremendous opportunities and potential for enhanced growth. Besides, it's a good chance to start something new from scratch.”
Chawla had a five year tenure with Coca-Cola and prior to that was with Asian Paints as Regional Manager.
