Ministry of Commerce initiated an anti-dumping investigation against imports of wear resistant overlay from the United States and the European Union on 13 June 2005.
The relevant tariff code of the General Administration of Customs is 4806 4000. Details of the case were set out in CIC No. 204/2005 dated 13 June 2005.
The Ministry of Commerce announced in its Notice No. 38/2006 dated 22 May 2006 its decision to extend the investigation period for the case for 6 months to 13 December 2006.
