After a five-day stability, cotton prices have shown little movement and this is a welcome change for traders as the prices have reached the level of Rs2475.
According to Karachi Cotton Association, four cotton stations recorded transactions of around 2000 cotton bales.
Jehania was the leader with 1000 bales transacted at Rs2580, Punjab Cotton saw sales of 500 bales at Rs2600, Mehrabpur recorded 400 bales at Rs2550 and Bachari witnessed transactions of 200 bales at Rs2500.
