He suggested that if the procedures were made easier, foreigners would be encouraged to do more business.
Taiwan and Nigeria have very good relationship and apart from bringing the Taiwan machinery to Nigeria, Taiwan has been importing petroleum and other chemical products from Nigeria, informed Chen.
Chen viewed that despite the abundant resources in Nigeria, lot of young people were jobless but the country can have a very good education system and make a lot of money from it.
'If the country can educate the next generation, the nation would be one of the best countries in the world,' stated Chen.
