Cotton prices are stuck to its week long level at Rs2500 even today, informed Karachi Cotton Association.
Three cotton stations recorded transactions of around 3000 bales today.
Moro witnessed most number of cotton bales transacted between Rs2425 and Rs2475 per maund. 1400 bales changed hands at this station. MHR registered dealings of 1000 bales between Rs2200 and Rs2225, while SNGR was happy with just 500 bales at Rs2525 per maund.
According to Cotlook Indices, A Index was 57.60 and B Index stood at 55.00 on June 6, 2006.
