Italian company Camozzi Holding Spa has shown interest to set up textile manufacturing unit in Andhra Pradesh (AP).
For go ahead signal, a delegation led by Ettore Camozzi, a Board member met with state Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy.
Company is willing to invest between $120-150 million in proposed unit, which will function in area such as spinning, weaving and production of both cotton and polyester textiles and garments.
Company will set up unit in Warangal district of the state and expected to generate about 4,000 jobs, informed A S Rao, Chief Coordinator of Camozzi Textiles Private Ltd.
