Textile giant GHCL is finalizing a deal to acquire UK based home textile retailer, Rosebys.
According to official sources as confirmed by Fibre2fashion News Desk - India.
GHCL is also in talks with Lloyds TSB Group which claim 73 percent shares in Rosebys.
Rosebys is Britains leading home furnishings retailers with over 300 stores nationwide, offering both contemporary and traditional soft furnishings for the home with quality and style at an accessible price.
Rosebys annual turnover was about £108 million, reported last financial.
