Textilgruppe Hof buys stake in Indian fleece producer

Eswegee Vliesstoff GmbH, a subsidiary of textiles maker Textilgruppe Hof AG, has acquired 25 percent stake in an Indian fleece manufacturer, in order to form a joint venture.
The Indian enterprise belongs to a family-led entrepreneurial group with a gross income of together under €10 million on the Indian subcontinent. This joint venture will facilitate the Eswegee fleece material GmbH to enter into Indian markets.
Textilgruppe Hof AG - The company's principal activities are the production of yarn, woven fabric, clothing fabric, fleece and decorative fabric; product enhancement in the final stages of processing.
