Raymond Apparel recently picked up the remaining 25.9 percent stake in its subsidiary ColurPlus Fashions, in which it earlier held a 74.1 percent stake.
Park Avenue, Parx and Manzoni are the three-menswear brands Raymond Apparel has in its folio.
Shares of Raymond rose 1.23 percent to Rs.400.25 yesterday at the Bombay Stock Exchange.
