Reliance retail starts large scale recruitment process

Reliance Industry is to employ around five lakh employees for its proposed retail venture.
Company does not want ordinary employees but talented workforce which helps company to grow exponentially.
For this large scale recruitment process, company is looking for best ad agencies for recruitment ads. Company is likely to spend Rs25 crore for this process.
For the proposed retail venture company is expected to come up with 1,500 supermarkets and 1,000 hypermarkets in phases in 1,500 cities and towns across the country.
Company will ask to ad agencies to conduct market research on areas like consumer buying behaviour and market potential etc.
Company's retail venture will cater to almost all major sectors like apparel and footwear, FMCG, consumer durable, home furnishing, farm product, distribution of energy products and services, entertainment and leisure, health and well-being products and services and educational products and services.
