Spentex Industries Ltd has several certifications to its credit. Spentex group's plants are located at Sholapur, Baramati, Kolhapur, Nagpur, Pithampur and Ahmedabad. Citigroup Venture Capital, the private equity arm of Citibank has a 30 percent equity stake in the company.
