Rajasthan Spinning and Weaving Mills income from sales increased by 20.37 percent to Rs239.34 crores in the first quarter ended June 2006 from Rs198.83 crores in the corresponding period previous year.
It earned a net profit of Rs5.38 crores in the quarter, an increase of 51 percent from Rs3.56 crores recorded in the corresponding period previous year.
Its basic earnings per share stood at Rs2.32 for the period.
