No movement in cotton prices has been registered since July 20, 2006 as prices have remained stable at Rs2500, according to Karachi Cotton Association (KCA).
As per the Cotlook Indices, A Index was 59.95 on August 2, 2006.
500 bales were traded on MPS station of which 300 bales were traded at Rs2,470 and another 200 bales were traded at Rs2,500. Sanghar station registered transaction of 200 bales at Rs2,500 and 200 bales were traded at Rs2,500 on TDM station.
