After approval of the relevant authorities, DyStar completed the acquisition of the Boehme Group on August 9, 2006. With Boehme DyStar broadens its extensive product offering for the textile industry and strengthens its position in the leather business.
Boehme has more than 700 employees worldwide. The acquisition includes all 16 affiliates and 11 production sites in Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, China, Ecuador, Israel, Mexico, South Africa, Thailand and the USA. The headquarters is in Geretsried near Munich, Germany.
DyStar is a leading supplier of dyes, auxiliaries and services for the textile industry. Now the company is broadening its horizons and moving into leather and other sectors.
