Hohenstein Institutes head Prof. Jürgen Mecheels dies

Jürgen Mecheels' achievements were recognised with the title of Professor and the award of the Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany. His personal passion was sailing, a passion which he enthusiastically indulged until very recently. His son, Dr. Stefan Mecheels, has been successfully continuing his professional life's work since 1995 as head of the Hohenstein Institutes.
