To increase value for shareholders, leading textile and chemical company GHCL Ltd has started restructuring and may separate its textile division, informed Sanjay Dalmia, Chairman, GHCL Ltd.
Separation of textile division is perfect solution for seamless operation and will produce better outcome, added Dalmia.
In December last year GHCL acquired US based home textile company Dan River and recently it has purchased UK based retail chain Roseby's for $50 million.
Company is also planning to acquire home textile retail chains in Europe.
