Nuance adds four brand-new shops at Stockholm Arlanda Airport

Following a refurbishment phase of close to six months, The Nuance Group is proud to present its extended and upgraded shopping offer at Stockholm Arlanda Airport.

Next to a whole series of improvements designed to upgrade existing stores, Nuance has added four brand-new shops and a total of 420 sqm of shop floor to its Arlanda operation.

The Nuance Group and airport partner Arlanda Schiphol Development Company AB (ASCD) have worked in tight collaboration throughout the planning and implementation phase of this extensive refurbishment programme, designed to gear the airport's shopping offer to the needs and demands of a changing customer basis.

One part of the cooperation is a joint communication concept which aims at making optimum use of the potential airport shopping presents.

A new layout and look for existing stores:
Addressing the important topic of passenger flows, the partners have created two new walk-through stores out of existing facilities.

In Terminal 5, the Perfumes & Cosmetics shop was moved to an area just across the aisle from the Liquor, Tobacco and Confectionery shop for this purpose, while in Terminal 2, hosting the important non-Schengen passenger group, the shop floor was increased by 100 percent, thus creating a 240 sqm walk-through store.

The additional space available is being used to showcase an enhanced wine and champagne offer as well as all the core categories, technology, sunglasses, fashion watches, Swedish design.
