Today's cotton prices remained unchanged at Rs2,475 compared to yesterday's price, according to Karachi Cotton Association (KCA).
As per the Cotlook Indices, A Index was 61.05 on August 24, 2006.
Many transactions have taken place, TDM station witnessed transaction of highest 400 bales at Rs2,475, Hyd. Station accounted for 200 bales at Rs2,525, Hala station registered transaction of 200 bales at Rs2,510, TDA, Chichawatni, Ghaziabad, Burewala and SWL each registered transaction of 100 bales at Rs2,510, Rs2,625, Rs2,600, Rs2,625, Rs2,625 respectively.
