Cotton prices remained stable at yesterday's level of Rs2,550, informed sources of Karachi Cotton Association (KCA) today.
As per the Cotlook Indices, A Index was 61.05 on August 30, 2006.
Bhawalnagar station accounted for maximum 1,000 bales transaction at Rs2,700.
KPRO, HYD, TDM, Hala, BWL, samandaria and Chichawatni each registered trasactions of 200 bales at Rs2,525, Rs2,565, Rs2,550, Rs2,525, Rs2,710, Rs2,710 respectively while 100 bales were traded on SWL station at Rs2,700.
