Bangladesh Royal Inspection International Ltd visits Bremen: Mr. Sheikh Mohammad Ali, Managing Director of the Royal Inspection International Ltd, Bangladesh visited the Bremen Cotton Exchange.
In discussion with the Executive Director of the Bremen Cotton Exchange he was provided with information about the new Bremen trading rules as well as other current developments at the Bremen Cotton Exchange.
Mr. Sheikh Mohammad Ali whose company is member of the Cotton Exchange since 2003, informed about the situation in his country.
Uzbek Ambassador in Bremen: On occasion of the 15th anniversary of independence the Embassy of the Uzbek Republic and the Germany-Uzbek Association (Deutsch-Usbekische Gesellschaft) invited for a briefing which took place in the Bremen Cotton Exchange.
H.E. Ambassdor Bakhtiyar Gulyamov reported on the political and economical development in Uzbekistan. He described the difficult current situation in a very open way but at the same time underlined the significant positive progress made in the last 15 years.
The ambassadors presentation the guests were invited to celebrate the anniversary in a nearby restaurant with Uzbek culture and cuisine.
