He said that Pakistan and Kazakhstan complements to each other in cotton sector. He was of the opinion that Kazakhstan can make use of the expertise of Pakistan in cotton and textile products.
He also informed that is lack of flight frequency between the two countries which is one of the major hurdles. It was proposed by him to increase the bilateral trade which will result in increasing the frequency by air link.
Earlier welcoming the Kazakhstan Delegation Mr. Akber Abdullah Vice President FPCCI informed about the activities of FPCCI and emphasized on the need of frequent exchange of trade delegations which will lead to expansion of joint ventures and bilateral trade and economic relations.
Mr. Tariq Sayeed Former President FPCCI suggested that the private sector of both the countries should identify bottlenecks and other barriers in promotion of bilateral trade and economic activities. He said that Pakistan and Kazakhstan are important members of ECO and their trade relations are not the true reflection of their friendship.
He proposed to ease the visa producer and the ECO members should issue visa stickers which should be valid for entry all the ECO members countries.
