CMC-Kamal Textile Mills Ltd lately organized its 11th annual general meeting (AGM) which was supervised by AHM Mustafa Kamal, Managing Director.
The meeting was also attended by Directors Golam Sarwar and Kashfi Kamal, Secretary Abul Kashem, General Manager NM Taraque and the company's shareholders.
Mustafa presented a concise status of the company and also its functioning and finance strategies for the future. He expected it to retain productivity trouncing current difficulties.
Discussion on accounts, annual reports and directors' report for year ending December 31, 2005 was attended by shareholders.
