He also said that it was against EU's obligation under WTO regulation and could not accorded with EU's regulation and cases, since EU rejected market economic states of most involved enterprises.
He stressed that although WTO members had the right to use anti-dumping measures, the investigation and ruling should be in accordance with regulations of WTO agreement. No trade protectionism should be carried with so-called anti-dumping.
He said that in final vote among 25 member countries, 12 countries were against and 9 voted in favor. It represented there were still issues existing in anti-dumping policy of EU.
