Provogue India Ltd and UK-based Liberty International Plc have entered in a joint venture whereby latter will buy 25% share in Provogue's Prozone Enterprises Pvt Ltd.
Equity investment of Liberty in this venture is Rs2.03 billion. The joint venture is supposed to develop and manage regional shopping centres in India.
