Nahar Industrial Enterprises Ltd (NIEL), is indulged in operations ranging from spinning, weaving and processing of fabrics through to the finished readymade garments. They have a complete in-house spinning, weaving, processing, dyeing and garmenting facilities.
The Company has made a profit of 46.65 percent in the second quarter of 2006 as compared to Rs15.07 crores in last year. The earning per share (EPS) for the said quarter has also increased to Rs6.08 per share as against Rs4.93 per share.
Recognising the opportunities available to the textile sector, the company is undertaking a capital expenditure of Rs814 crores to increase its textile capacity.
