The Shaw Industries, US-based floorings giant joined hands with Al Aqili Furnishings, to act as Middle East's sole marketing agent and to handle sale and distribution of Shaw flooring products.
This decision was taken because of Al Aqili Furnishing's experience in the region. This will strengthen the relationship between the two companies. The move is a significant stride in both companies' business expansion plans.
Shaw Industries produces over 2 million square metres of carpet every day, with a strong presence in over 91 countries worldwide.
Al Aqili Furnishings will announce its association with the American flooring leader at the INDEX Exhibition 2006 - the Middle East's largest annual trade exhibition for the textile, furniture and interior design and manufacturing industries runs from 7-11th November at the Dubai International Exhibition and Conference Centre.
This exhibition will witness participation of other major furnishings brands at the stand such as Francesco Molon, Bretz, i4 Mariani, Oriental Weavers, Nourison, SLV, Fabbian and many others will be showcasing their world renowned interior products - from flooring to wall coverings, fabrics, lighting, home and office furniture.
