The MoU was signed in the presence of Mr. EVS Elangovan, State Minister for Textiles, by Mr. Prem Malik, Chairman, Texprocil and Mr. Rahamtullah Ruzikulov, Minister of Light Industry at the interactive meeting held at New Delhi and attended by leading manufacturers of textiles.
The MoU highlights the importance of working together in the field of exchange of information pertaining to the textile industry, visits by trade delegations to enhance mutual co-operation, exploring possibilities of participating in fairs and exhibitions in both countries and encouraging joint ventures and investment proposals, so as to strengthen the manufacturing sector in the two countries.
