As a part of restructuring exercise, Nahar Spinning Mill's investment will be classified under Nahar Capital and Financial Services and spinning and textiles will be part of Nahar Spinning Mill.
After selling textile business to Nahar Spinning Mill, Nahar Exports will be holding company by an investment of Rs125 crore in its portfolio.
After March 2007, Nahar Spinning will have fabric processing capacity of 50 tons a day and spinning capacity of 3.50 lakh spindles and yarn processing.
Company is also having plan for more acquisitions and also purchased some land near Ludhiana.
