A new journal from the Society of Dyers and Colourists (SDC), the world's leading professional society devoted entirely to colour, is planned for 2007 which will appeal to colourists, designers, scientists, artists and other professionals.

Authors can expect a high-quality peer review process operated by an international editorial panel of high-profile, respected experts in many aspects of colour and design that will validate and enhance the status of all work published.
The journal's philosophy is to act as a multidisciplinary journal addressing all aspects of colour and design, featuring articles that systematically describe evidence-based applications of colour in design, art, architecture, fashion, etc. Articles reporting basic, applied and theoretical research related to colour will also be included.
Review and explanatory papers, case studies, essays, and reviews of books, events, collections, installations, etc. are also sought.
