Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia released the Producer price indices (PPI) of manufactured goods for November 2006. In November 2006 producer prices of manufactured goods remained the same on average as in October 2006.
Compared to October 2006, in November producer prices of manufactured goods in Slovenia remained unchanged on average. In the first eleven months of this year they were up by 2.2%.
Among main industrial groups of activities by end-use of products prices of intermediate goods industries (except energy) rose by 0.2%, while prices of non-durable consumer goods fell by 0.2% and prices of energy and prices of capital goods by 0.1%. Prices of durable consumer goods remained the same as in the previous month.
In November 2006 price increases were recorded in the manufacturing of chemicals, chemical products and man-made fibres (MMF) (by 0.9%).
