USDA funds will be available to pay for this trip, but since we have limited funding, members will only be reimbursed for coach class travel. Any upgrading of tickets must be at your own expense. We will have to follow USDA travel regulations, which will limit how much we can be reimbursed for hotels and meals, therefore, there may be some out of pocket costs involved in this project. The Travel Regulations will be shared with those who are selected to go on the mission.
Lastly, USHSLA would like to remind all interested parties that this is considered a trade mission funded by USDA. Because of this, we would like to make it clear that this is not a trip designed to help promote a participants own company or make business tractions/ partners, rather this is an opportunity to represent USHSLA and the U.S. hide industry as a whole.
