Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering Corporation (HQCEC) informed that the newly appointed Minister-Counselor Cao Jiacang of the Economic and Commercial Counselor's Office of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Arab Republic of Egypt and Consul of Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Alexandria Zhan Jingbao inspected the construction site of 40,000 t/y Polyester Project on November 25th, 2006.
Chairman of Polyester Company Muhammad and Project Director Said warmly greeted Minister-Counselor Cao and accompanying officials.
They briefly introduced the situation of the project and expressed appreciation for the preferential loan provided by Chinese government. Minister-Counselor Cao said that China will make great effort to support the project and is willing to extend economic and technological cooperation with them.
