Gujarat HC approves Arvind Mills' scheme of arrangement

Ahmedabad High Court by its Order dated December 12, 2006 has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement of Arvind mills for de-merger and merger of its businesses, official sources informed.
Ahmedabad High Court approved Scheme of Arrangement for de-merger of Garment Business Division of Arvind Brands Ltd and amalgamation of Arvind Fashions Ltd with the Company and consequential Reduction and Restructuring of Share Capital of Arvind Brands Ltd.
The Company with effect from Appointed Date i.e., April 01, 2006 filed under Sections 391 to 394 read with 78, 100 to 103 of the Companies Act, 1956.
