One of the leading business news agencies of India has reported that 4004 Incorporated India, subsidiary of American retail chain Steve and Barry's, and textile firm Bombay Rayon would form JV for sourcing of apparel.
However, when fibre2fashion contacted Ms Khyati Bhinde, a senior official in 4004 Incorporated, she refuted the fact and added that no such JV has been negotiated by the two companies.
